This is a func_wall which can be toggled between visible and invisible. In the invisible state, it will also be non-solid. Be careful not to unintentionally trap players when making a func_wall_toggle visible. While invisible, it does not affect the game's graphics performance.
Flags
1 : Starts Invisible
Func_wall is turned off (invisible) at map start. By default it's visible at start.
2 : Use Angles
If set, the func_wall will use its angles.
