Added &amp;#039;Minimum delay&amp;#039; and &amp;#039;Maximum delay&amp;#039; keyvalue, &amp;#039;Start On&amp;#039;, &amp;#039;Trigger Once&amp;#039;, &amp;#039;Reusable&amp;#039;, &amp;#039;Timed&amp;#039; and &amp;#039;Unique flags, updated &amp;#039;Target #&amp;#039; keyvalue so it can now have up to 16 targets specified.&lt;br /&gt;
